Job Description

• To greet customers and offer assistance
• To arrange the taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies
• To manage the processing of sales transactions for medication and other pharmaceutical supplies
• To arrange directing all questions relating to prescriptions, health matters, or medications to the pharmacist
• To answer all incoming telephone call
• To accurate the typing and print out prescription labels
• To ensure the working area organized and clean
• To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features and sales promotion
• To consolidate, analyze, and summarize expenses to maintain an accurate record of sales expenditure
• Overseeing the arrangement of displays, shelves, and counters on a selling floor

Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Must have a general knowledge of medicine and medical products
• Must have a good personality and good characteristics
• Strong customer service skills
