Job Description

• To handle the developing an organization’s procurement rules and regulations
• To establish guidelines on how often the company gets price quotes for items, the number of bids to accept, and which vendors to consider
• To manage the evaluation quality, price, reliability, technical support, and availability of goods and services
• Strong Knowledge of procurement software and tools and negotiation skills
• To monitor ongoing compliance with purchasing policies and procedures and organizational needs and market conditions
• To establish & update and approved vendor/ supplier database

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree (prefer diploma in material management, operation management)
•  At least 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement
•  Strong knowledge of procurement rules & regulations and contracts
•  Must have knowledge of purchasing and supply chain management
•  Superb negotiation, collaboration, and communication abilities
•  Exceptional organizational and time management skill
